Service Description

This package includes: •1 15-minute Discovery Call During this call, we will discuss your concerns surrounding your child's sleep and you will learn how sleep consulting works. •A Comprehensive Sleep Questionnaire The assessment will compile all pertinent information regarding your child's current sleep habits. The information from this assessment will be used to develop your individualized sleep plan. •An Individualized Sleep Plan A detailed plan explaining step-by-step how to get your child on track for successful sleep patterns. •A 45-minute Consultation During this call, we will review the plan in depth with you and answer any questions you may have before starting the program. •2 Weeks of Unlimited Email/Text Support During the program, you will have the option for unlimited emailing or texting for us to answer your questions, troubleshoot your challenges, and help you be successful in carrying out the plan. •3 Pre-Scheduled Phone Calls Need more support beyond email/text? Schedule a phone call with us to ask any questions you may have. •Wrap-Up Call A final call to wrap up the program and answer any lingering questions.
